User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your personal data and your account at Altınla. You can do this yourself in your account settings, or by sending us a request.
Delete from your account
- Sign in and open your account settings (your profile menu).
- Choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm. Your account and the related data (favorites, portfolio, alerts) are then removed.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or prefer it, send a deletion request from your registered email address to: [email protected]
If you signed in with Facebook, Google, Microsoft or Apple
When you sign in through a social provider, we only store the basic profile data (email, name and provider user ID) needed to run your account. Deleting your account here removes that data on our side. To also disconnect the app on the provider’s side, remove “Altınla” from the connected-apps list in your provider account settings.
What gets deleted
Account and login data, profile, favorites, portfolio and positions, price alerts and notification tokens, and your consent records.
When it happens
Requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it (for example security or accounting records); it is deleted at the end of that period.
