1. Data Controller

The data controller of this platform is Sercan Göger, a natural person, with no company legal entity, acting as data controller under KVKK Law No. 6698. Contact: [email protected]

2. Personal Data Processed

• Account Data: If you create an account: email, securely hashed password and display name; for social sign-in (Google/Microsoft/Apple): email, name, profile photo if available, and provider user ID.
• Contact: Information you share when you contact us directly by email.
• Transaction Security: IP address, browser information, session info.
• Favorites and Portfolio Data: Favorite assets, portfolio and position records (stored on our servers for signed-in users; on your device when used without signing in).
• Notification Data: Price-alert settings, push device token (FCM token) and platform information; your email address for email alerts.
• Consent Records: Your cookie/permission choices; together with the consent date, IP and browser information for proof.

3. Processing Purposes

• Providing and maintaining the service
• Account creation, sign-in and session management
• Syncing favorites/portfolio and delivering price-alert notifications
• Ensuring site security and responding to user requests
• Subject to explicit consent: statistics, performance analysis and advertising measurement
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/2 (c, ç, e, f) for establishing/performing a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and establishment/defense of rights; and, for analytics and marketing cookies and transfers abroad, pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/1 based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Data is transferred, limited to service providers for hosting, account/notification infrastructure (Google Firebase), analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Google Ads) and error monitoring (Sentry), in accordance with regulations. Because some of these providers process data abroad, transfer abroad is carried out based on KVKK Art. 9 and your explicit consent.

6. Retention

Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and statutory limitation periods; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it is processed
• Learn the purpose and whether it is used in line with the purpose
• Know third parties to whom data is transferred at home/abroad
• Request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly
• Request deletion or destruction
• Request notification to third parties to whom data was transferred
• Object to adverse results of automated analysis
• Demand compensation for damages from unlawful processing
