KVKK Data Subject Request Form
Data request under Articles 11 and 13 of Law No. 6698.
To exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 regarding your personal data, you can apply by email following the guidance on this page. Your application is reviewed by the data controller, Sercan Göger.
1. Who Can Apply
The natural person whose personal data is processed (the data subject), or their duly authorized legal representative, may apply.
2. Information to Include in Your Request
- Full name
- The email address linked to your account/processing (for identity matching)
- The subject of your request (which right under KVKK Art. 11 you are exercising)
- Any explanation and supporting information related to your request
3. Identity Verification
To confirm that the applicant is the correct person and to prevent abuse, we may request information that verifies your identity. Where possible, send the request from the email address registered to your account.
4. Response Time and Fee
Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the action requires an additional cost, a fee per the Personal Data Protection Board tariff may apply.
5. Outcome and Complaint
Your request is accepted or rejected with stated reasons. If you find the response inadequate or do not receive a timely response, you reserve the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
